Vintage 1960s or 1970s Italian Micro Mosaic Millefiori brooch pin. Gilt plated metal with colourful stones which make up a floral motif micro mosaic design. Oval shape. Measures approximately 3.5 centimetres by 3 centimetres. In very good condition.
