A very pretty heart-shaped Antique Victorian Brooch tastefully set with alternating Pearls and Turquoise beads. Unusually the open-heart setting is fashioned from 15 carat gold giving it a slightly warmer look and there is a small gold Safety Chain and Pin for added security.
